I am not %100 sure if I understand your question properly but if you want to create a new event, you can do that through the planner tab by clicking on the "New Event" button. Please correct me if have mis-understood your question

You will not be able to delete a payment record unfortunately but you can process a return on the invoice to either return the funds and/or update your PM reporting.

hi, I have a very weird error after the update. If I go to put a student in attendance it crashes. I can put a lead in though. this is for any student.

Hi Mark, we just ran a test on your PM calendar by attending a student who was booked for a class and it worked. Is this occurring using PerfectScan or the Calendar?

Same problem. Using Perfectscan, it says Record Found, but then it doesn't put them into the class that I have set up. Using the calender, it pops a screen up that prompts me to enter the last three things I did, in order to optimize. Regardless of whether I xed out or hit continue, it did that every time I tried to enter the letter to a person's name, as well, rather than showing me a shortlist so I could add.

It was Tara Lam. I ended up going to her student tab and adding her that way, which did work. Did the same with LeDawn Heringer.

The Calender function is fixed, but still not working with Perfectscan. Now login is not working too, are you guys in the middle of another update?

I was having the exact same problem today (thursday) if i used perfect scan to attend someone (who was assigned to a class) it said record found but did NOT add an attendance for them. If they were not assigned to a class it worked fine.

Hi ~~ I seem to have developed an e-mail issue through PM. A least 50% of my students say they do n ot receive our e-mails. I have spoken with them about checking their SPAM box and making sure that we are allowed through, but it still seems to be a problem. What do I need to do now?

Hi Mark. I have created a report for you which will list the students whose email addresses have bounced. You will find the report under Shared Reports, it is named 'Bounced Email Addresses'. You will want to check with those students to ensure you have a correct email address on file for them. Let me know if a student who is not on that list is not receiving your emails.

This means that you dont have the proper settings for your email. To fix this go to Setup -> Emails -> and check the settings of your email accounts. If you dont have one, create one under Bulk email account
